Refund and Guarantee Policy

At Mensio, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day guarantee and refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@mensiocouture.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting images if applicable.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
